Programme Focus

Smart devices and technologies are changing the way we live, work, and interact with one another. Technology has improved the efficiency, productivity, and functionality of almost everything, from the home to industries. The Electrical and Electronics (E&E) industry has emerged as the primary driving force behind the digital revolution. In Malaysia, the sector contributed RM80 billion to Malaysia's GDP in 2018 and created over 338,087 jobs – an additional 157,000 new jobs will be created by 2020. There is currently an urgent need to produce skilled labour in the fields of electronic engineering and technology.
