Overview

The department of Electronic Engineering was founded in 2008. From its humble beginnings of 2 founding members and 7 students, the department has since grown to 12 members and hundreds of students and alumni. 

We pride ourselves in producing some of the best graduates in the country in the field of electronics. Our graduates have established themselves in many multinational companies both local and abroad, while some joined the academia and there are those who became successful entrepreneurs. 

The department has highly dedicated academic staff with expertise in integrated circuit design, electronics, firmware design, communication, instrumentation fields. We are constantly looking for qualified members to join us and elevate our department further. 

The department currently offers a 4-year Bachelor of Electronic Engineering (Honours) which is a 4-year program. The department also offer Master in Engineering (Electronic Systems) for students looking for postgraduate studies options.
