The department hosted Jane Lee and Mr. GL Fah from Plexus for a discussion on navigating the engineering world.
Jane Lee, a Talent Acquisition Partner at Plexus, holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from UUM. Meanwhile, Mr. GL Fah, who manages the Global DFX Team at Plexus, graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical and electronic engineering.
Jane Lee provided an overview of Plexus Malaysia, a leading player in the electronic manufacturing industry known for its innovation and reliability. Plexus Malaysia offers tailored end-to-end electronic manufacturing solutions, leveraging advanced technology and a skilled workforce. Their services span from product design and development to supply chain management, manufacturing, and aftermarket support.
Mr. GL Fah outlined the career path for graduates interested in joining Plexus. New hires begin as graduate trainees, progressing to full-time engineers before advancing to senior engineer roles. From there, opportunities abound in both technical and administrative capacities.
