The academic staff in this department are specialized in myriad emerging field of Civil & Environmental Engineering. Some staff had industrial experience and are actively partaking the collaboration research works with various institutions and private industries. The department also receives numbers of research projects funded by outside funding agencies, including Japan, China, Australia and Malaysian industries. Moreover, the academic staff had published international journals and won awards for their research works at national and international levels.
